1. TERMS OF USE AND CONDITIONS

Play Station Exclusion reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Play Station Exclusion may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. Play Station Exclusion may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your Online or Call Center order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Play Station Exclusion acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The Play Station Exclusion Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Play Station Exclusion cancels an order after you have already been billed, Play Station Exclusion will refund the billed amount.

Play Station Exclusion reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to the Site, or any portion of the Site, for any reason; (2) to modify or change the Site, or any portion of the Site, and any applicable policies or terms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of the Site, or any portion of the Site, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.

If any of the provisions of these Terms of Use are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and replaced with a valid provision that best embodies the intent of these Terms of Use, so that these Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect.

Play Station Exclusion failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver by Play Station Exclusion of any provision or any right it has to enforce these Terms of Use, nor shall any course of conduct between Play Station Exclusion and you or any other party be deemed to modify any provision of these Terms of Use. 2. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund accordingly to the following terms: 

The buyer will have fourteen days after receiving the purchased device to return and request a refund (if the package was not damaged and has no issue). There is a restock fee of $35 US dollars deducted from the amount paid for the device. The device must be returned in the same condition as it was received by the buyer with all original accessories and packing. It must have attached the refund form with the contents. The software must not have any personal information attached. Once the device is received, it will be tested and compared with pictures taken before shipping. The tests may take the period of one to three business days. After the tests are completed, the refund process will take place. Once everything checks out, the customer will be refunded, which can take up to seven business days. The refund will reflect in the original payment method.

It’s recommended that you choose a carrier that offers tracking information of each phase of the route and offers insurance that covers the device’s value, in case it gets damaged or lost during transit. If you don’t insure your package, you are responsible for any damages or loss during transit.

However for refund of damaged package or malfunctioning of the device the client is called upon to request for refund or a new gadget to replace it. The request for refund or new gadeget is within a period of four months after client receives the package.
